These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Krafted Funnels, including but not limited to funnel design, automation setup, website creation, graphic design, and virtual assistance.

2. Services Offered

Krafted Funnels provides:

Funnel design and automation setup (primarily via GoHighLevel)
Website design and management (primarily via WordPress)
Graphic design for digital and print assets
Virtual assistance related to web, design, and marketing tasks

All services are customized and delivered based on client needs and scope agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project experience, you agree to:

Provide all necessary materials (branding, copy, logins, etc.) in a timely manner
Communicate clearly and respond to feedback/review requests
Respect timelines and deadlines mutually agreed upon
Make payments as scheduled

4. Payments & Refunds

Project quotes and invoices will be shared before work begins
A 50% deposit is typically required before work starts (unless otherwise agreed)
Remaining balance is due upon delivery or milestone completion
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun
Late payments may result in project delays or pause in work

5. Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revisions (detailed in your proposal or invoice)
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any original content, branding, and materials you provide
Final project files (e.g., funnel builds, website designs, graphics) become yours upon full payment
Krafted Funnels retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing

7. Scheduling & Cancellations

Booking a project reserves time in the calendar
You may reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to deliver high-quality services, Krafted Funnels is not liable for:

Any business losses (e.g., missed sales, downtime, data loss)
Third-party service issues (e.g., hosting, plugins, or automation tools you use)
Changes made to the project after delivery by you or other third parties

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect and use your information.

10. Modifications

Krafted Funnels reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
